Front Squat: Find a 1 RM in 12 minutes.

AMRAP 10 minutes rounds of :

5 HSPU (Adv. do strict) 

10 toes to bar 

15 air squats. 
Rest 5 minutes 
AMRAP 10 minutes rounds of: 

5 nopubo 20″ 

10 push ups 

12 lunges 

* post rounds to the board.
