Monday Workout of the Day

EMOM 9 minutes
Minute 1 Do 2-3 Muscle ups.
Minute 2 Do 6-8 no push up burpee box overs Minute 3 Do 5 ring dips 10/5.

Plus
Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch
Every 90 seconds for 8 rounds. Add weight each round.

Then
“Death by burpees” minute 1 do 1 burpee, minute 2 2 burpees, minute 3 3 burpees and continue until you can not add a burpee but no less than 10 minutes. Your score is the highest number reached in a minute.
