EMOM 12 minutesMinute 1 – 30 second supine static hold on GHD (sub hollow holds if needed)

Minute 2 – 10 v ups

Minute 3 – 10 strict barbell presses with a 2 second hold over head 45/33

Minute 4 – 3 wall walks

Share 10 rounds of:

12 deadlifts 155/105

9 hang power cleans 155/105

6 shoulder to overhead 155/105
