Front squat E2MOM for 8 minutes: (4 rounds)
5 reps at 75% of 1 RM

Then

Push press 6 reps E2MOM for 8 min add weight each round. ( 4 rounds)

10 front rack double KB squats 53/35 (beginners do goblet squats)
10 Farmers Carry Lunges 50/35 (use dumbells)
50m sled WALK 135/90 ( medium weight)
X 5
