E3MOM for 12 minutes (4 sets)10 Farmers carry walking lunges 53/35 and 6-8 pendlay rows 135/95 

For time:

30 burpee muscle ups.

At the top of each minute perform 4 pistols. 

Sub burpee pull ups or burpee toes to rings if no muscle up.
