A.1. CGBP 5 reps at 80% of 1 RM.A.2. 3-5 supine grip weighted pull ups, rest 1 min

In teams of two alternating as needed AMRAP 20 minutes of:

20 thrusters 95/65

20 burpees

20 pull ups
