Monday Workout of the Day

EMOM 9 minutes:Minute 1- 3 muscle snatches

Minute 2 – 1 pressing snatch balance and 5 sotts press w/pvc

Minute 3 – superman 30 seconds
Back Squat: work up to a heavy set of 5 in 12 minutes

CrossFit Randy:

75 pound power snatches, 75 reps for time

   
 
Congrats to all our competitors this weekend!  Our teams placed second and third at the competition at CrossFit Sting and Kim finished 12th at the Granite Games in Minnesota!
