A. Front Squat 5-6 reps @21X1 rest 2-3 min x 3.
B. For 20 minutes
Minute 1: 5 strict supinated pull ups
Minute 2: 10 perfect push ups
Minute 3 5 3 count jump squats (squat, squat, squat jump =1)
Minute 4 10 wall ball sit ups 20/14
