10 push ups

8 Min AMRAP @90%
Block Run
20 Sit Ups
20 Walking Lunges

8 Min AMRAP @90%
10 Ground to Overhead Each Arm 50/30lb db
100m Run
10 DB Swings

Move through each segment at a pace in which you can maintain. Take a 5 Min break between sets.
