Friday Workout of the Day

A.  On the start of a 90 second clock do 10 KBS 70/53 then burpee broad jump with the remainder of the 90 seconds.  Rest 2 Min X 4

B.  On the start of a 90 second clock perform 5 renegade rows 25/15 db’s + 10 Air Squats and then double under with the remainder of the 90 seconds.  Your score will be the number of double unders per round.  Rest 2 min X 4
