Dumbell Bench Press 3 x 6-8 reps AHAP 

3 Rounds for time of:

20 pull ups 

20 burpees 

80 double unders 
Bonus work- 

15 thumbs up dumbell reverse flye LIGHT weight @21X2 

10 half kneeling Single arm DB press @21X2 

X 3.
