8 Sets: 3 Baby Muscle Ups at a faster speed
If you have a MU then practie unbroken bar MU’s for 10 minutes.

With a partner switch places EMOM for 20 minutes and do 1 min – 15 Wall Balls (20/14) 1 Min – 10 Toes to bar ( Sub 10 wall balls, lighter balls and leg raises to complete all reps)
