1 clean + 1 hang clean (advanced do squat). Add weight each round working up tp a heavy set.

20 front rack lunges 115/75)

10 evil wheels 115/75
(beginners use KBs for goblet lunges and can use light DB for push press and weighted situps for evil wheels)
