12 min to a heavy clean and jerk (not a 1RM)

Then:
Three sets for times:
6 Ground to Overhead (205/135)
12 Box Jumps overs (24/20)
24 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
50 Double Unders
Rest 3 minutes

Record the three different times and try to stay consistent. The ground to overhead should be heavy.
