3 sets:
A1. RDL @ 22×1 X 6-8; rest 60s
A2. Bottoms Up KB Walk 50ft Right/Left; rest 60s
A3. Box Step ups w/ DB X 6-8/leg; rest 30 sec between legs; rest 60s between sets

Death by Burpees:
Min 1: 1 Burpee
Min 2: 2 Burpees
Min 3: 3 Burpees
etc., as long as you are able, for a minimum of 12 min. If you plateau before 12 min try to maintain the last successful attempt. Record is 17 min.
