Friday Workout of the Day

AMRAP 1 minute at each station collecting as many reps as possible. This is a running clock and you move from one station to the next quickly. Station 1 -double unders 

Station 2- sit ups 

Station 3- Row for calories 

Station 4- Bear Crawl 50 feet ( 1 rep for each 50ft) 

Station 5- AD for calories 

Station 6- Rest
