EMOM 9 minutes:
Minute 1- 5 super slow air squats with 10 second squat stretch at the end of the last one
Minute 2- 10 weighted GHD back extensions
Minute 3 – AMRAP ring push ups but no more than 10.

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Rest 4 minutes
Then AMRAP 10 minutes:
5 HSPU
10 pistols
15 sit ups.
Record rounds to board.
