In a team of 2, for time: 800m row 30 GTO 135/95 600M row 20 GTO 155/115 400M row 15 GTO 175/135 + 150 wall balls 20/14 1 person works at a time. Post team name and time to the board. Scaled start GTO at lighter weight but add 10lbs each round.
