50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5 Double Unders

Complete 10 Cleans, then 50 Double Unders, etc.

  2. 8:30 am CAN SQUAT CLEAN!. Christy Trego did an awesome job with weight on the bar and real double unders. Joy, your form was GREAT again with weight on the bar and nice jump rope work. Nice work everyone. And Laura…Miss “I think I will run after one of the hardest work outs ever”….you did great on your first time with squat cleans!!! They are tough.
    Oly lifts require a technique that comes with practice. You can be the strongest person in the world but you can’t squat clean till you get the form right. Be patient everyone!!!

  3. Ok, a big thank you goes out to Kim, Hicky and Doc, for supporting me this morning. Squat cleans are my number one nemesis, especially 55 squat cleans; I just cannot seem to get this one right, altho I am one determined little Xena. And since I cannot do DUs, 1100 jump ropes are my 2nd nemesis. So a grateful thank you goes out to you all for not voicing what I know you were thinking which was probably something like, wow xena looks like she’s having some sort of seizure when she attempts a squat clean.

  6. Superfun workout! You know I like to clean! Xena you do rock! You’re like an energizer bunny, you keep going! that’s what it takes. Marc, you can’t count, I hope that counting isn’t necessary in the Marine Corps. Good job on the double unders though. Pebbles, nice jump and land instruction this am. I used it at the 11:30! I could see that it really clicked today in alot of people!
