With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

  9. Heyyy…I remember doing that alt WOD with GND a while ago, too haha.
    So I am going to use the purple band and want to do today’s WOD first, but agree with JPo that since I don’t think I’m going to make it too long I will be doing the alt WOD, too.
    Plus my spring break starts a week from tomorrow at 12:15…

  14. hey! Lot of fun in there today around noon. Pistol got a PR on DU’s at 55. Jackie was a fun WOD! 10 something RX with big bar (41#). Probably not the best time but I am excited to be able to do 30 pull ups and it not be a big deal anymore. Got to work on getting more than 5 in a row at a time. Especially when fatigued. Looks like I could learn that from Hagler who whipped out 10 awesome ones at the end!!
    Way to go Breeze. Nice time and I think u beat Pistol.
    Added time toy sit ups but DU’s got better.
