With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    Big thanks to Hicky and Kim for correcting my form. I definitely need to start adding in some technique and drill work into my warmup and workouts.

  11. Austin…I just checked the main board. Looks like 5 to 9 reps for the majority. Everyone is debating weather to squat clean or power clean. I think I will have to see how it feels. Either way, it will have to come from the floor for me. I should be a 80plus lbs for the RX girl weight.
    Can’t wait!

  17. Hicky is fighting on Nov. 7th… The promoter will be getting tickets in advance so let me know how many you need. The venue is available for all ages so younger clients are welcome. Hicky has been working hard and I personally would love for everyone at crossfit to see how talented she is( not that you don’t already know) and come support her in this endeavor!! She is our crossfit family and she is bringing it strong like bull!!!! Thanks, Hagler

    Hicky, impressive work after pulling a two-a-day.
    Austin and Pebbles, I thought you all were going to crank out nine or more rounds. You all had great form and did not look tired. For me, somewhere between round 6 and 7, my body was starting to feel the fatigue and could not maintain the efficient pace of my earlier rounds.
