  1. Did the Great Basin qualifier work out. Probably not that tough for most but box jumps are my nemesis.
    2000M row
    then 6 ROUNDS of 20 box jumps and 10 14# wall balls. Took me 24 something. SLOW!
    Box Jumps are getting better though.
    There are indoor rowing races by concept 2 and they are held in Boston. The race is a 2000M row like in this WOD. Just to give you an idea… the fastest rowers row 2000M in under 7 min. Most are 7 to 8 minutes.
    It took me about 9 today.

  3. I’m thinking that row is slow.
    I can row fast for 500m, but the 2000M is a whole nother ball game.
