  1. Did yesterday’s WOD… and it was tough! I used 77lbs and it took me 29.09. You end up doing a lot more work than you need to when you put the bar down to take a break.
    Well done this morning Doc, Don, DD and Jen.

  2. Did yesterday’s as well. I did this in July in 22 minutes. I used the ladies bar and a little lighter weight, 83lbs I htink LAST TIME. Today I did 95lbs. I struggled BIG TIME! 29;19 was my time but I felt like stood next to the bar more than I moved it.I had to power clean formt he floor EVEY time instead of from the hang. Very tiring.
    That is really one of the hardest work outs. It is hard form, technique and weight. Way to go Trego and Nadler for tackeling it.
    the rest of the 8:30 crew had an equally evil and suck a$$ work out. Way to go everyone . Nice to meet you Anthony. and..YEA Fred is back!!!!!!!

  7. First I would like to extend my get well wishes to Brad and hope for a speedy recovery after his surgery today.
    Thanks to everyone at 12:30 for being so supportive, I never would have gotten as far as I did today without your help.
    Also, my 21st birthday is tomorrow and we were talking about maybe getting a group together to go out this weekend, probably Friday night. Austin was saying that a group may be going out for something else on Friday so maybe we can just add that to the list of celebrations.

  8. Well done 6am ers and to you also Pebbles. Way to knock it out. This was very grueling. Got 115 in 29 something with crummy front squat form. This is what I get for being away for six days!

    Can’t wait to see you back Brad.

  15. Glad to hear surgery went well. Prior to the 630 workout, I bought a card for Brad and left it at the gym. Please feel free to sign it.
    The 6:30 group did an awesome job today.
