Please make a note that there is no 4:30 class on Friday, however if you would like to come out and help us get the box cleaned up before all our guests get here that’d be great!  Free Beer!

    Alright, some CFNF main page action! Thanks again Brad and Kim for letting me come workout with you guys last saturday. I found out that I’m about 99% for sure going to be in Atl for the next 6-12 months, so you’ll probably be seeing some more of me. Good luck to everyone at “Gameday” this weekend!

  6. In the middle of the workout, I was debating a few options:
    1. Vomit
    2. Pass Out
    3. Give Up
    4. Keep Going
    However, it occurred to me that if Hickey, Jennifer, and Charlie are going all out, then the only option would be to continue with the workout. Thanks for serving as motivation to finish.

    After 10 days on the road and out of the box, I achieved my first DNF in a looong time!
    Brutal way to come back. Wanted to save something in the tank for Sat.
    Glad to be back and impressed with some sick times this am from the Hickster and Double Duece. Spidey, way to be at 8:30. Marc, Joy, Chisty, Morley, Simone….all ya’ll finished while I wanted to hurl. Good Work!

  12. That workout was a killer! I don’t know what was going on, but I had to drag myself through to the finish. In fact Kim had already turned off the music and everyone was chilling at the front when I finally finished.

  14. When I first saw this WOD one the site, I thought ‘Fun’. I was wrong and clearly should have taken more stock in all the comments. My arms were shaking so bad after the workout that Katie had to open my band-aids. BTW, Thanks Katie.

    I got my first unassisted pull-up today! Must have been all the expert coaching I’ve received. 🙂

  17. Sweet work out. Loved it.Pull ups were the hardest for me. I used a band and still had trouble. The rest felt good. Was in the 4’s for 3 rounds and then 5’s and the last was 6:15. Just glad to finish. Good to see you Peggy and Kamilah and Jpo.

  19. Great job Katie on your first Pull Up!!! Thanks for pushing me on the sit ups like you always do! I’ll try to be in tomorrow, if not I’ll do my best to come in on Friday for the beer and I’ll be glad to do my part by supervising the work. Oh yeah, i’ll do my best to bring in my Ipod so we can all listen to the Carpenters – yes, I am serious. Adios amigo’s.

  20. Yay Katie! Way to go on your first pull-up!
    Ed – if you bring the Carpenters, you don’t get free beer. I don’t think that will be very inspiring or fire up the team for Saturday.
    Pistol – I left my clothes hanging on the fire extinguisher. I’m going to try and get my butt to the Fri AM class and I’ll grab them then. If not I’ll get them that afternoon.
    Speaking of – what time Fri do you want folks there?

  21. Well, I just got back into town from training at G.P.S.T.C. Playing with shotguns was fun but dang it was HOT! I will be there on Sat. but what time do you guys need help on Fri… I can be there after 2:30 No beer needed!
