15 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
45 Squats

Atlernate WOD:

100 squats
90 double unders
80 push ups
70 sit ups
60 pull ups
50 thrusters
40 box jumps
30 wall ball
20 ring dips
10 burpees

    Great workout 8:30…was trying to get up in the stratosphere with Austin, but could only muster 4 2/3 (15 PU’s and 30 PU’s). Great Job Austin! What a week. Heavy, Heavy, Juiced Cindy. Calgon, take me away.
    And after all that, Kim brings out her S&M toys (a weighted backpack for pullups). Stop the madness!

  5. Ouch. I never knew that pushups could be so hard. Got 4 rounds + 15 pullups and 13 pushups. I guess we will call this workout “Big Cindy.”

  6. Don’t worry Peggy, I brought in a 25lb rugsack this morning for Austin to play with! Sammy, just wait and see what we’re planning with that slosh pipe! It was good to have Kamilah back today. I almost forgot what she looked like!

  7. My hands are wrecked after the pullups today. Special thanks to Brad though for letting me learn the hard way… I don’t think I’ll be able to close my hand for the next week!

  8. Wow– everyone was amazing this morning at 7- I didn’t think I’d stand again, thank you so much Joy for making me start those final pull-ups (although I was pretty happy watching you do yours) LeAnn and Eddie- there was no stopping you! let’s see whether we’ll all be standing tomorrow…

    I dont think that brad or kim would let me go 3 times a day, I think they are sick of me as it is going twice a day πŸ™‚
    Heavy work/Form work at 6:30 if anyone wants to join. And, of course, watch other people go through what I had to go through this morning!

  10. Only 5 for me today..and back on the blue band. Push ups killed me. I knew today was gonna hurt!!!

  11. I’m not sure what the slosh pipe is, but I got a pretty good idea I don’t want any part of it. Especially with that devilish grin on your face!

    You know that massive pipe thats in the back right corner of the gym…yeah its half filled with water, weighs about 50 or 60 lbs and makes strong guys looks like…well I can’t say girls anymore cause ive seen some bad ass crossfit girls now…lets just say it might make you cry.
