This WOD surprised me. It was harder than I thought. I am feeling like I probably say that every time. It was a good one though. Delts. are burning and I’M DAMAGED…bruises on my arms from the metal clips on the rings from kipping push ups. AT least I have skin on the pads of my hands this week.LOVE CROSSFIT!
