Did the 20 pulls ups, 30 push ups, 40 sit ups 50 squats for 5 rounds. 38 minutes and a new blister! I really needed Brad there to tell me to “Git me sum chalk” Feel better Tregos.
Me out today….me still sick….worse than yesterday…can’t breathe….blah blah blah. p.s. Kim,abs okay, knee okay…head & eyes hurt.
