  1. Did the 20 pulls ups, 30 push ups, 40 sit ups 50 squats for 5 rounds. 38 minutes and a new blister! I really needed Brad there to tell me to “Git me sum chalk” Feel better Tregos.

  2. Me out today….me still sick….worse than yesterday…can’t breathe….blah blah blah. p.s. Kim,abs okay, knee okay…head & eyes hurt.
