Great workout as usual… ESPECIALLY the extra special treat at the end!!!(That is not posted)… I enjoyed the crew at the 12:30 class today of course I finished last but only by 10 seconds.Watch out for the HAMMER!!!! Thanks again, Kathy Hagler
