CFNF Bracketology starts Monday the 26th.
For those that are unfamiliar with how this works: Think March Madness
Teams of two, one male and one female, will be randomly drawn out of a hat. You then will have 3 days (mon, tues, wed) to complete wod #1. This is the seeding wod and each team will be seeded based on the results (combined score of each athlete) of wod #1. You will have Thurs, Fri and sat to complete wod #2. Seed #1 will be competing against the 16th seed, #2 vs #15, etc. until we have a winner. This competition is double elimination so each team is guaranteed 2 matches. You DO NOT have to complete the wod with your teammate but must be completed in the timeframe set above. The entry fee is $5/athlete and all monies goes towards prizes for the winners. This competition is for everyone no matter what level you are. There will be RX, Intermediate and Beginner weights. Competition will last 5-6 weeks depending on how many people sign up. Please let me know if there are any other questions.

Great day today. 2 down 3 to go. Wonderful wod with HAGS, BEN and BLAKE (heat 2). I think I rowed faster with the three there beside me def made a difference when you have multiple rabbits to set the pace.First heat did very well.
I was able to do all the KBs unbroken (my goal); working on the jump rope.
Pebbles you looked great today, sorry I didn’t get a chance to talk with ya.
HAGS thank you for working out with me. I’ve missed ya. Hope we both can get in tomorrow.
Shout out to Xtine on an awesome time – we saw it on the board!!
