    I’m being a royal pain in the ASS this week, but can I come in at 4pm today to get going on my lifting and other stuff ahead of the 5pm class. No worries if this is impacting the kids and you want me to come later.

  4. No worries. Thought I wasn’t going to be able to make it today too.
    Came in and attempted to do deads but couldn’t pick up one rep after my 85% warm up . Did a quick and lazy metcon of burpees and situps.
