  1. my arms are becoming more sore by the minute from those 150 pushups yesterday. the filty fifty is always fun though; see you all around 5:30.

  3. I don’t know what the deal is, but Monday’s Erin left me with such bad DOMS that I’m really struggling to accomplish daily basics, like sleep, brushing my teeth, driving, etc. Yowsers…
