  6. Had a good day at the gym, despite almost coming a cropper on the MU’s during the WOD. Shoulder is now pretty sore again. 12.28Rx. Not bad but slower than the 2 mins per round I was looking at to begin with.
    Thanks to Brad for the help on the DL’s. Starting slowly and working my way up. Did 3 sets of 5 reps at 245lbs and about 9 of the 15 reps were the best form I have had, so will keep working from here.
