    Good workout at lunch with Ed. 19.32Rx, although there were some dodgy reps on the Wall-balls to be fair as my back started to tighten. Last two days have felt pretty good. Hopefully the injuries will now keep their distance and there’ll be no re-occurrences as we move forward. Looking forward to a long weekend off. What are we celebrating again on Monday?

    Good job! Yeah, I struggled mightily once I got to the Burpees also. It took me about 3-4mins just to do them. I’m going to have to keep pushing, your already stronger and now your body weight times are right with me.
