  4. Good workout today. Crazy to think that I had a day off yesterday and while I front squatted ahead of the workout today and fairly extensively warmed my DL up, I was 5 mins behind Josh Bridges who won this event at the Games in July…that’s nuts. Just shows how far I am away and how good those guys really are.
