  1. Everyone is doing their chest-2-bar correctly in the pic and then there is me……horizontal! No wonder I have so much trouble with that exercise!

  5. Whew that was hard. It’s been a long time since it’s taken me almost 30 minutes to finish a wod. Crossfit keeps you humble. I was TIRED.
    Thanks to the 8:30am class for a great workout. Everyone finished strong. Shout out to Katja (sorry if I misspelled that). She had great T2B. Of course Hagler rocked it with her T2B too. Missed the lunch crowed but not the heat.
