So today was a good first day back in the gym after a few well earned days off due to illness. Why was it so good you ask? Was it the increase in the FS or the DL or the time on the WOD? It was none of those. It was Q walking into the gym at lunch and before doing anything else walking up to me and telling me my body was amazing. Major boost to the ego, thanks Q! LOL!
