This Saturday at 9:00am and 10:00am join us at Wills Park for a workout behind the community center by the dog park.  After that go and cheer on Pebbles at her first powerlifting meet.  Details are as follows:

WYNDHAM HOTEL, 5010 OLD NATIONAL HIGHWAY, ATLANTA, GA.

Weigh-ins 5-6pm on Friday and/or Saturday 8-9am, Rules clinic- 9am on Saturday and a start time of 9:45am.

(Wyndham hotel) formerly Clarion Hotel, 404 768-9199, you must mention WNPF when making your reservations and you must call 3 weeks prior to the event.
RECORDS
WNPF state & NATIONAL records can be set at this event. This meet is a qualifier for the WNPF & WNPF LIFETIME WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS.

    Day off tomorrow and back in on Friday. It was good to see Caswell back in the gym today – Welcome Back!!

    well the best i could do for 5 was 205…hit 225 for 3 then dropped it randomly on 4. Balance is a big problem for me once i start going heavy. Looking forward to a single rep max one day…maybe 300?
