  1. Holy crap! Tiffany’s first week and she only put the dumbbells down to row!!! Jacklyn got an Rx! And katie busted out 6 rounds!! Props to meatball who had to use the 35lb db’s! Ps the guys did good too! Fun oly training today. Nice to see hicky.

  3. That was a tough workout. 6rds + 10 Thr’s + 150mtrs on the row. Especially hard after the Oly session, which was fun.
    For those who had forgotten, Hicky is the other English person at CFNF, it was good to see her…do I hear “colonization”. LOL!
