  6. Hey DJ. let me know next time you are in the gym and I will remind Brad to get out his extension ladder so you can get up to the rings and the low pull up bars.
    Nice work Bostic, some of those MU’s were impressive. Especially the one where your forearms were in the rings and you made it out and finished the move.
    Breeze I bet it was really hard to say something somewhat nice about me.

  8. had to squeeze in a quick workout….so I did 100 burpees for time…13:15rx….13 tally marks on the board….my legs still hurt from body weight squats..glad to break a sweat today …happy to see kimi today…she kicked ass..and Bostic’s baby ZION…so chubby and cute!!! thanks for letting me hold the little guy!!
