Then the HQ WOD. Played musical weights during the WOD. Was fine at 135 then lost it so I dropped off 10lbs for 2 rounds at round 3 then put it back on for the last two. Silly me! If I could just do what I can teach everyone else to do!

So overall, pleased with my PR clean today of 175lbs especially as I then did it 21 times as part of the workout. 13 mins and change, which was slow, but it took me almost 50 seconds and three attempts to do the last HSPU. Did one Hand stand push up on the rings prior to the workout and quickly realized that was never going to happen as a part of the workout, but Ed helped me a lot (Thanks Ed!) and now I know I can do one.
