"Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    G-dog must really be missing the fact he can’t be here for this one…then again I guess he’s finally got a valid excuse.

  9. So glad FGB finally came up! This was the first workout I did when I got back from travelling and I had to redeem my last score. Everyone did really well this morning. And… Jpo, the newest addition to the morning club, did all rx weights!!! Well done!

  21. tonight’s group did so well! i had a blast counting for stacy, martine, and dave – you guys killed fgb! i was really impressed with how much effort you guys all put into this wod.
    just for pebbles, i’ll post some results – i got 266… exactly what i got back in march. really? reeeaaaallly? what are the odds that in 17 minutes, and all those reps, i didn’t improve by a SINGLE one?
    hicky smashed as usual. 333, i think? ridic.
    miss the butch family! hope you guys have a safe trip home tomorrow.
