50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

  2. Great full body work out. It is a good one. It took me a long time (39plus minutes.) That will be one of the longer times today I am sure. I was slow on quite a few things. My shoulders are really really sore today which slowed me way down on wall balls and burpees.!But, I made improvements…no stopping on the box jumps except for on little trip, and my double unders were pretty good. Keep dry everyone.

  5. This workout was super fun!!! I love burpees so much I did 15 more after my workout! Kimpossible smoked me today though! She’s a superfreak!

    First i want to say Brad thanks for helping me get through this workout.
    I LOVED this workout I have never felt soo good in my whole entire life. I love the fact that I will not be able to dry my hair in the morning and that I will likely have bruises on my knees from burpees so classy.. looks great in skirts! Hopefully tomorrow we will have more burpees in our workout and maybe if we are luckly we can do man maker too!I keep telling myself we are doing this to prepare for our next challenge right? or we do this because swimsuit season is around the corner…or for out health…or maybe it is because we all have issues. Gigi my recommendation would be a large bottle of wine! That make everything better!!! Right Kim. Please just remember to eat dinner!
