Hicky made it all the way up the rope yesterday!

Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.

Post times for each round to comments.

  1. Ouch! Hamstrings very sore from the “go early ugly” workout. Get good and loose!

  2. So sore. Can hardly walk. I think it is worse today! Plan to come in this evening and work some of this out.

    Best run today was 3.29… those hills are killers and my calves are burning. I had to do the fourth round on the rower. Fun workout though!

    I, on the other hand, was just happy to finish all 4 rounds and not so bad of time for me. Thanks for the company CB…sorry I made your ears bleed 🙂 Just felt a little chatty….
    p.s. tried the rope today and knocked pistol on her bootey! Sorry pistol, but it did give me a chuckle!! Have to report, my first attempts were pathetic. Will try again though!!

    Hickey, I am proud of u I am sure u kept pistol on her toes today…. Sorry I missed the running but will be there tomorrow 12:30 Looking forward to trying that rope again Still haven’t mastered that but a quick shoutout to spider for helping master the double unders (He said it is all in the wrist…) Thank u spider !!!!!
