Tuesday – WOD


The night crew looved our "light" workout! 

Up comes Elizabeth again today!  Remember folks anytime the WOD just says "clean"  that means it’s a squat clean so get your butt down to that ball! 


21-15-9 reps of:
Clean 135 pounds
Ring dips

    Beware – Elizabeth is not very nice. Enjoyed the pre-dawn workout but am having trouble walking without pain.

    Bummer. Hated to miss working out today. Don’t know what is wrong but I met Pukie before I ever even got to CFNF. I’m sure I will feel better tomorrow. Good Job morning crew.

  3. Sorry you don’t feel well Pebbles. I came down with the flu or Ebola virus or something Sunday night… though thankfully haven’t seen Pukie since I briefly ‘ran’ into him during Murph on Friday. Still under the weather but feeling a bit better…hope to be back at it tomorrow.

    Glad your feeling better Salley. I feel like I have been hit by a truck. It may be a day or two more before I’m in again. Would not want any fellow Crossfitters to get this.
