  1. Well, there is no place with bumper plates round here. Kind of hard to hang snatch or squat clean with out them.
    Garrett has agreed to do the upper body work out from last week with me. 75 push ups, 50 SDLHP, some odd dips and HSPU.
    Going back to the NYSC with some free passes.
    Have a great work out today everyone. Wish I was there. I could really use the snatch practice.

    Heavy has been the name of the game!
    Kim told me I was using my arms too much….I’m just glad I still can use them. They hurt.
    Enough on the heavy front squat exercises…I might actually take some runs after this.
    Great 11:30 crew. You know what they say, if you want to look good, hang around good looking people.

  5. Good day in NY. The biggest piece of info to pass along was that Christy did her 1st pull up!!! Then she did two in a row.
    Without bumpers we could not do the WOD today. Instead did the WOD from a few weeks ago. 75 PU’s
    50 SDHP
    50 Dips (no rings)
    30 Pull Ups
    25 HSPU
    It was awesome when I took a break from doing dips and a trainer snuck in a woman to do a”quick set”. 5 minutes later I finally got back on the dip bar.
    Can’t wait to get back to CFNF!!!!
    Way to go Christy!!!
