  1. Awesome workout today. Kamilah rocked it with a 77lb push jerk a pr for her. Also it was good to see Austin again. I almost forgot what he looked like. Thanks for getting us the shirts!

  2. Is it me, or from the pictures lately does it look like all we do are some sort of heavy lift that involves touching your rear end to a ball!
    Sheesh, give me some burpees or pull-ups or something!

    Will see everyone at 8:30 and I’m predicting a spider muscle up.
    Hoss, I just hope you weren’t as hammered doing those squat cleans as Harry was during the seventh inning stretch!
    My prediction……..Pebbles killed this workout. It’s like money in the bank!

    Great working in with Peggy and Nick. We held our own in there with a room full of big dawgs!!!!
    Peggy and Nick did awesome on their first time with these moves.
    Can’t wait to do that again. I want bigger numbers!!!
