  1. Good to be back- 100 is now my least favourite number!

  2. As scary as it may sound, I’ve actually been wanting to do this workout. Might not think so once I’m doing it – but at least it doesn’t require running! We may have to have some Rolling Stones playing during the workout.

  3. Well, I haven’t been looking forward to it, but I knew it was only a matter of time before it popped up. I may need to do some pull-up prayers before I head to the gym…

  4. Well, I have officially become a pull-up victim (or at least my hands have).
A special thanks to Kim and Brad for never giving up on us and never letting us quit – even when it takes a certain person 40 minutes to finish “Angie”… I thought I was going to have to pay overtime…
Peggy – good luck today. Make the rest of us pull-up newbies proud!! =)

  5. Hey, I did this workout out my cheerleading/tumbling/gymnastics gym where I work part-time. This workout took me an even 22 minutes to complete. The new standard for pull-ups is tough if you can’t kip well as I found out! Hope to see you all soon!

  6. So maybe I’m not so excited about this workout any more – my hands are still recovering from last week. So what’s the overtime rate, and if I’m still doing pull-ups at 8pm, will you leave the lights on for me?

  7. Peggy, it probably won’t take you nearly as long to finish as it took me. My hands have never ripped before, so this was my first time experiencing that sort of pain on my hands. I think your hands might be tougher than mine. Honestly, I think my time was so bad cause I couldn’t grip the bar anymore. You’re tough – you’ll knock it out. I know you will!

  8. Kamilah – how have you never ripped your hands?! I’m pretty darn sure you are way tougher than I am. I’m thinking many margaritas will be required at the pool on Saturday.

  9. It’s cool to see everyone get ripped up…..that’s what happens when we who have soft hands from, as an old boss of mine said, “counting money all day” get involved in a bad ass workout program.
    Great job Kamilah!

  10. Awesome job 6PM crew.
Sally and Kim were done while I had 1 1/2 rounds to go. They are good.Hats off to the rest of the studs who were in the 18-23 min range. You know who you are.
Scott, Justin and Stanley. Very impressive. Scott, tough WOD for your 1st day.
Peggy, is our new rising star.
Nitro if you need back up. I am on a plane over there. I still have a beef with them over Pearl Harbor.

  11. Great job today everyone!
I think I was more in the way today at the 6pm than anything else but it was fun to watch everyone work so hard. Such a fun time. (when you dont have to do the workout anymore and get to watch everyone else agonize in pain 🙂

  12. I just got home – I’m pooped and I’m very stinky because I’m still in my nasty clothes from 5:30.
Kamilah – my hands were bloodied, but not nearly as bad as I hear yours are. I was practically crying in the bathroom trying to wash my hands. I still think you’re way tougher than me.
I think I speak for everyone when I say ‘ouch’. ‘Angie’, by the ‘Stones’, will never sound quite the same to me.
