    I bought my ticket, I leave super early tuesday morning. Looks like saturday will be my last workout for a while!
    p.s. I have sore back muscles that I did not know existed. I love that shit.

    “According to the results of a small, randomized trial reported in the February issue of the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism.”
    “Our study indicates that CHOCOLATE MILK is a strong alternative to other commercial sports drinks in helping athletes recover from strenuous, energy-depleting exercise,” coauthor Joel M. Stager, PhD, from Indiana University in Bloomington, said in a news release. “Chocolate milk contains an optimal carbohydrate to protein ratio, which is critical for helping refuel tired muscles after strenuous exercise and can enable athletes to exercise at a high intensity during subsequent workouts…Low-fat chocolate milk ingestion as recovery fluids are associated with greater endurance in terms of time to exhaustion for cycling in male endurance athletes…”
    My times still suck…maybe I’m not drinking enough…LOL…

  6. Ajay, you are welcome to put the chocolate milk in the fridge so at least it’s cold when your done! Kudos to everyone tonight! Sarah ran all four rounds that’s a PR for her. And big changes in Pebbles running times! I actually beat Hicky for once today but only cuz she was wearing a 20lb sandbag!

    Chocolate milk soooo isn’t Zone. your insulin levels were probably going crazy. Thats my only gripe with it, that and im lactose intolerant and I can’t even enjoy it if I were to drink it 🙂

    OCD, you were also correct about….(found this at the bottom of the study) “The Dairy and Nutrition Council, Inc, supported this study in part.”…Figures, it was too good to be true…well, I’ll be O.K. as long as I can continue my pre-workout Cocoa Puffs-loading regimen…I think I read about it in Starting Strength…but I can’t be sure…
