Got NGL by 50 seconds. It’s not a killer workout in terms of the heart rate or impact, it just keeps going on and on. I think it’s the longest workout I’ve done at CFNF. Tired badly on the last two rounds, especially on the MU’s and the L-SIT. L-sits were broken after rnd 2. By rnd 5 with Spider counting I think it took five sets? LOL! MU’s were broken after rnd 2 also, finishing in Rnd 5 with 4-2-1. 36.57 Rx.
