    Alt WOD was not much fun for the upper legs and lower back after yesterday’s lung buster, anyway got through it 7.11Rx, although I did call time earlier than I should have done as I had missed the last 2 pull-ups, otherwise I would have broken 7mins. Never mind.

    Brandon killed it!! Best suckin’ it up, I’m gonna finish this freakin’ workout right performance I’ve seen in a long time!
    Every snatch was perfect, even if he had to drop a couple to make it happen!
